7-day active users

30-day active users

The three active-user counts are Firebase Analytics app-open figures, kept up to date manually and last set for Jul 24, 2026. They are deliberately not derived from MongoDB, which records logins rather than app opens. The two differ by roughly an order of magnitude, so they are not interchangeable. Total GAME users comes from the pipeline.

Counts every non-deleted registration in user_devices except the Watch iOS and App entries, which are app-side registrations rather than hardware. Including them would report about 78% of accounts as multi-device, when nearly all of that is simply "the app plus one product". Registrations are lifetime: there is no retirement signal, so a golfer who replaced one product with another still counts as owning both, and these are cumulative totals rather than a currently-in-use fleet. A second unit of the same product counts towards registrations, not towards products.

Metric definitions

GAME users are non-deleted, non-guest mobile accounts with an iOS or Android GAME version recorded. Completed rounds require isRoundComplete: true, playedHoles > 0, and totalStrokes > 0. AI metrics come from ai_caddie_logs. App feedback comes from app_feedbacks. Every metric excludes users whose email ends in @blueteesgolf.com. Reliable history begins Jun 5, 2023 for users, Sep 30, 2024 for rounds, and Aug 18, 2025 for feedback. AI Caddie metrics begin with the public Scout AI beta on Dec 31, 2025; the Intelligence tier launched Jun 17, 2026. Earlier isolated records are excluded. Daily boundaries use America/New_York. How exact each metric is, and the limits that apply to all of them, are set out on the data and methodology page.

Device ownership

Registered products come from user_devices, counting non-deleted registrations and ignoring the Watch iOS and App entries. Those are app-side registrations with no serial, not connected hardware, and counting them would report roughly of accounts as multi-device when almost all of that is "the app plus one product". The hardware figure is about . Attach rate is the share of a product's owners who also own at least one other product. Registrations are lifetime: isDeleted is the only retirement signal, so a golfer who replaced one product with another still counts as owning both, and the totals are cumulative rather than a currently-in-use fleet. A second unit of the same product counts towards registrations, not towards distinct products. Series 3 MAX has no registrations and so does not appear. The three active-user counts in the user snapshot are Firebase Analytics app-open figures maintained by hand. MongoDB records logins, not app opens, and the two differ by about an order of magnitude.
